Keep your Bosch drives up to date with the latest software, the matching of components is constantly being improved and should be brought up to date at least once a year. At the same time you receive a service report about the condition of the drive components, a fault diagnosis is carried out and will be reseted. It doesn´t cost much and is done quickly – but please make an appointment.

Workshop and help
We look forward to seeing you in Los Cancajos, possibly charging your battery and having a cup of coffee with us. In addition to biker smalltalk, we provide you with a tool and good advice for the small repair, but we do not understand ourselves as a workshop. We provide workshop service only for the bikes we have sold, but otherwise we are happy to help with good advice.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of BOSCH e-bikes
We offer you a complete diagnosis of your Bosch bike-components:
- Software Update
- Information about error messages and reset
- detailed system information – including battery charge cycles
- statistics for bicycle use
But please make an appointment! Of course, if you just come by, we will be happy, but then it is not certain that there is time and space for the diagnosis.
